We'll experience relaxation with a restorative gong bath and sound healing where I use crystal bowls, chimes and other sounds. The vibration of the gongs, bowls and chimes will deeply relax you, opening you more fully to the sound current, the Naad, as we then chant the sacred healing mantra Ra Ma Da Sa.
The Ra Ma Da Sa meditation is is used to pray for healing energy for our friends, family, and ourselves. “For healing at a distance, this is the mantra. Yin
yoga invites you to slow down. Postures are held for approximately
1-5 minutes, supporting a deep opening within the connective tissue
of the body. Students can expect a relaxing and meditative
experience, as we invite each posture to be a short meditation of
its own.
The
gong works through vibration and sound,
interacting with the participant’s mind, body, and spirit. The
sound takes you into a beautiful journey within yourself. The
vibration works to release vibrational energies stored in the
physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies.

This immersize, six month in person Level One, Yoga Teacher Training program is open to yoga students ready to become teachers as well as those who wish to immerse themselves in the art and science of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation. Each of us has unique gifts to bring to this planet. No matter what your goals or intentions may be in participating in this teacher training program, it will help you to take your personal practice for building vitality and mental clarity to the next level.

The Aquarian Teacher program is the KRI Level One Certification program in Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan®. In Level One you will become an Instructor and learn the fundamental principles and practices of Kundalini Yoga. This is a 220 hour course, which includes 180 hours of classroom instruction in a well-defined curriculum.
You will develop the skills to instruct students in Kundalini Yoga kriyas and meditations, and practice teaching Kundalini Yoga in a practicum setting. As part of the non-classroom requirements, you will participate in at least five early morning Sadhanas (spiritual practice), and take 20 Kundalini Yoga classes.
In addition, there will be a total of 20 hours of on-line curriculum in 2 or 3-hour segments between the live weekends* which count towards 'classroom hours', including Functional Western Anatomy as it relates to Kundalini Yoga and Meditation.
