4 WEEK ONLINE SERIES ON MONDAYS
Many of us find life to be so full that we cannot fit in all the things we want to do during a day. We spend so much of our lives doing, that sometimes we neglect the being part of ourselves. In this interactive exploration into gratitude, we will use yoga and meditation and breathing to open ourselves to be receptive to understanding what gratitude means for each of us in this moment. Each week, we will experience group practice, discussion, peer to peer connection, and review tools to use during the week between classes - exploring gratitude with more awareness on a daily basis.
