Join Jot Gian Kaur (Nicole), for this special Monday evening, 4 week series to practice gentle kundalini yoga sets to release stress and prepare the body for deep meditation and healing. After our yoga practice, we will gather in a circle to meditate using universal sounds of mantra, followed by gong relaxation.
Chanting creates space within our minds and bodies, assisting us in letting go of the duality of ego, and opening us up to allow the Universe in. We can all become channels through which the healing energy of the Creator flows. That is the beauty of mantra. Its vibration takes us out of the ego-driven state of “me” and reminds us that we are all connected to, and created by the same energy of Infinity.

Join Gian Joti Kaur for a relaxing weely Gong Bath - every Thursday from 7:45pm-8:45pm. During this hour long session, You will be immersed in the vibration of the gongs, which are known to produce the sounds of the Universe. The vibrations wash over you, creating space and opportunity to release blockages and tension on both the physical and emotional levels. The waves of sound help to shift stagnant energies and invite your mind and body to enter a deep state of relaxation- where true healing occurs. Come and float away!
We'll experience relaxation with a restorative gong bath and sound healing where I use crystal bowls, chimes and other sounds. The vibration of the gongs, bowls and chimes will deeply relax you, opening you more fully to the sound current, the Naad, as we then chant the sacred healing mantra Ra Ma Da Sa.
The Ra Ma Da Sa meditation is is used to pray for healing energy for our friends, family, and ourselves. “For healing at a distance, this is the mantra. Yin
yoga invites you to slow down. Postures are held for approximately
1-5 minutes, supporting a deep opening within the connective tissue
of the body. Students can expect a relaxing and meditative
experience, as we invite each posture to be a short meditation of
its own.
The
gong works through vibration and sound,
interacting with the participant’s mind, body, and spirit. The
sound takes you into a beautiful journey within yourself. The
vibration works to release vibrational energies stored in the
physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies.
