Ignite your spirit at the Ashram Drum Circle!

This monthly gathering invites all ages and skill levels to a freestyle drumming and dancing circle. Join us every 3rd Saturday from 7:00 pm to 10 pm.

Experience the magic outdoors on the ashram's lawn, complete with a captivating bonfire at the center of our circle. Feel free to bring your own drum, or borrow one of ours! Don't forget a folding chair for comfort. Sharing a snack is welcome, but completely optional.

In case of rain, we'll move the rhythm indoors to the ashram's yoga studio. This vibrant event is free and open to everyone, so come and join the beat!

Please join our monthly New Moon Gong event that meets in-studio on Sundays closest to the New Moon. You can expect to warm up with yoga, bliss out to prolonged gong relaxation and meditate deeply!

A gentle, beginner-friendly session designed to help you release tension, calm your nervous system, and reset your energy. Using simple somatic tools like breathwork, acupressure points, mindful movement, and meditation, you’ll leave feeling more centered, relaxed, and present—ready to move forward with more ease and groundedness.
