Our energizing Kundalini Yoga practice awakens your body and spirit through dynamic movement, breathwork, and dancing. Shake off 2025 and create space for what wants to emerge in 2026. We will relax to a deeply restorative gong bath.

Personal journaling offers quiet reflection to explore what you’re releasing and what you’re calling in for the year ahead.

In our group sharing circle, voice your intentions within supportive community. Speaking your truth aloud amplifies your commitment.

We’ll chant the Guru Gayatri Mantra 108 times—a powerful manifestation practice that clears obstacles and opens the path forward.

Our ceremony culminates in a burning bowl ritual, where you’ll burn what you’ve written to release what no longer serves you, creating fertile ground for your 2026 intentions to take root.

Leave feeling clear, empowered, and aligned—ready to step into 2026 with purpose and presence.
