
Ready to take your belly dance journey to the next level? This 8-week mixed-level series is designed for dancers with some prior experience or those who have completed the foundational course. We'll build on core techniques with more challenging combinations, layered movements, and a dynamic choreography that evolves throughout the series.
You’ll be introduced to props such as canes, sagat (finger cymbals) and silk fans, exploring rhythm and coordination in new and exciting ways. This class encourages growth, creativity, and a willingness to try new things in a supportive, fun environment.
New students with previous dance experience may be accepted at the instructor’s discretion.

Bliss Yoga and Wellness for our first Ayurvedic Fall Cleanse!
Our 2025 Fall Cleanse is a guided week-long period of gentle
dietary and Yogic detoxification practices meant to support your
digestive system and your nervous system in preparation for Winter.
When you join you’ll receive a 2025 Fall Cleanse manual with
downloadable recipes. During the Cleanse you’ll receive daily
emails of support and downloadable audio tracks for Pranayama and
Meditation practices. Additionally, there are four in-person
gatherings during the week. These gatherings will offer in a
community setting a chance to experience some Ayurvedic and Yogic
detoxification practices as well as provide time for questions and
support around the cleanse process.
What’s included: The week of the Fall
Cleanse is a special time of self-care practices and you are meant
to feel nourished and grounded throughout the cleanse while eating
simple and seasonal foods. You are asked to clear your calendar as
much as possible so you can fully participate and receive the
benefits of slowing down as well.
This 7-day detox program begins with an in-person Ayurvedic meal
Sunday, October 19th, from 3-6 pm at Inner Bliss Yoga &
Wellness.
The Fall Cleanse concludes on Saturday, October 25, 3-5pm, with a
closing gathering at Inner Bliss.
During the week of the Cleanse, participants receive daily emails
of support and meet twice at Inner Bliss for Yoga and cleanse
support and discussion. Once you register, you will receive an
online Fall Cleanse manual that explains the Fall Cleanse and how
to prepare for it. The manual also contains many recipes and
suggestions from Ayurveda for self-care practices.

- Sunday, October 19, 3-6pm: Kitchari and Community: Our first community gathering with movement, a meal, and a time for Q&A.
- Tuesday, October 21, 6-7:15pm: (new moon) Community Gathering with Cleanse Yoga practice and Q&A time. Recorded for those who can not be there.
- Thursday, October 23, 6-7:15pm: Community Gathering with Cleanse Yoga practice and Q&Q time. Recorded for those who can not be there.
- Saturday, October 25, 3-5pm: Community Cleanse closing gathering.
