Somatic Breathwork
Mai 22, 2026 - Mai 22, 2026

Somatic Breathwork is a total nervous system reset. It is a two-part breath journey that offers the opportunity to activate the sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight) to let go of pressure, emotion, stress, and trauma in the body; and parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest) to repattern and regulate, creating a new sense of safety in the body.

Somatic Release Breathwork™ is intended as a personal growth experience and should not be looked upon as a substitute for psychotherapy. It is not appropriate for pregnant women, for persons with cardiovascular problems, including angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, history of seizures, stroke, major psychiatric conditions, recent surgery, acute infectious illness or epilepsy. If you have any doubt about whether you should participate, please consult with your primary care physician. Persons with asthma should bring their inhaler and consult with their primary care physician.

This is currently a donation based event. Zelle, Venmo, and cash accepted.

Suggested donation $25-$55

The Wild Feminine~ A Ritual of Embodiment
Mai 24, 2026 - Mai 24, 2026

A guided, body-based experience for women who feel the quiet pull to reconnect more deeply with themselves.

Through intuitive movement, music, and gentle nervous system support, this workshop invites you to soften protective patterns, release tension, and reconnect with the body—especially the often-held and guarded space of the lower belly and womb.

This is not about pushing or performing.

It’s about creating safety in the body… and allowing what’s been held to gently unwind.

Come as you are. No experience needed.

*comfortable clothing, mat & water

*journal or notepad (if desired)

*two-hour duration

*recommend coming with slightly empty belly

Laura Lewis is a body-based practitioner and space holder who guides women back into connection with themselves through gentle, intuitive embodiment work.

Her approach blends nervous system awareness, hands-on experience, and years of personal exploration into how the body stores and releases tension, emotion, and lived experience.

Rather than following a rigid method, Laura’s work is organic—rooted in presence, attunement, and the belief that the body already knows how to return to balance when given the right environment.

Her workshops create a safe, grounded space for women to soften, reconnect, and explore the deeper intelligence of the body—including the often-overlooked connection to the womb as both a physical and energetic center.

Hindustani Classical Music featuring Rupam Ghosh
Mai 29, 2026 - Mai 29, 2026

Indian Raga: Coloring the Mind and Spirit.

Hindustani classical music is the soulful foundation of modern mantra music, providing the sacred ragas (melodic frameworks) and talas (rhythmic cycles) that create deep meditative states. Its focus on Nada Yoga (the yoga of sound) ensures that mantra music isn't just melodic, but a precise, healing vibration that resonates with the body and mind. It originates from ancient Vedic traditions, and is the backbone of the devotional music we love today.

Maestro Rupam Ghosh and R. Joseph Culley bring together a rich fusion of Indian classical tradition and contemporary artistic expression. Ghosh, an internationally acclaimed violinist trained under legendary masters, offers deeply moving performances rooted in decades of devotion and study. Culley, a multidisciplinary artist and tabla musician, complements this experience with a grounded, improvisational approach shaped by his work in visual art and sound. Together, they create an immersive, meditative journey that bridges tradition, creativity, and presence.
