Song circle is designed to reignite your internal fire, encouraging you to take back your power through your voice while revealing resistance and blocks around speaking your truth, authenticity, and being seen.

New moon, New Community is an event for celebration and community building. Each month we meet to set intentions for the New Moon, incorporating a variety of activities depending on the current astrological energies. This New Moon New Community is a special offering to honor the Fall Equinox and the movement of the seasons. Please bring a dish to share, an offering for the altar, and anything else that your called to bring.

A ceremony for healing the sister wound, co-facilitated with Katie Wojno Demarchi, Purandev Kaur, and Jaclyn Fusco, we deepen into the healing through sound, meditation, and the element of water. Together we channel and release, washing away the wounds of separation and preparing ourselves for the 13-Moon Sophia Circle Journey ahead. This gathering is a sacred immersion into renewal, weaving us back into the currents of sisterhood and divine remembrance. This workshop can be attended as an introduction, and/or as a preparation for our upcoming year-long journey, should you feel the call. $44.

The Great Yoga Wall is our most versatile yoga prop. Using the movable straps, bars, harnesses and resistance bands makes it possible to do familiar yoga poses in many different ways and for different effects. Mike Curtis has been doing yoga for over 40 years and will be leading the course. The Great Yoga Wall is sold all over the world, but the inventor, Kedric Wolfe, is a Canton native. Kedric has taught and mentored Mike for decades.

Saturdays, 1 to 4:00 pm, Sept. 20, Oct. 4th, and Nov. 15, at Yoga Central.
