Somatic Breathwork is a total nervous system reset. It is a two-part breath journey that offers the opportunity to activate the sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight) to let go of pressure, emotion, stress, and trauma in the body; and parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest) to repattern and regulate, creating a new sense of safety in the body.
This is currently a donation based event. Zelle, Venmo, and cash accepted.

For over six years she has taught in person and online classes for individuals, studios, and nonprofit organizations. Before teaching yoga she spent 8 years as a therapeutic horseback riding instructor and has extensive education/experience in cyclical living. She teaches from an invitational, trauma informed lense bringing joy, agency, choice, and empowerment to individuals. When she is not teaching yoga she is at a writing group somewhere, drinking tea, or laughing and bowing introducing herself to the trees deep within the forest. You will often see her carrying around her pelvic floor model, full skeleton model, super giant water bottle, lunchbox of snacks, and looking for where she left her yoga mat! She loves meeting people where they are with compassion, anatomy terms, humor, grace, and a veggie pun.
