The Great Yoga Wall is our most versatile yoga prop. Using the movable straps, bars, harnesses and resistance bands makes it possible to do familiar yoga poses in many different ways and for different effects. Mike Curtis has been doing yoga for over 40 years and will be leading the course. The Great Yoga Wall is sold all over the world, but the inventor, Kedric Wolfe, is a Canton native. Kedric has taught and mentored Mike for decades.
Jan. 18, Feb. 21 and March 21, 1 to 4:00 pm, at Yoga Central.
The price is $360, or individual days for $125.

Somatic Breathwork is a total nervous system reset. It is a two-part breath journey that offers the opportunity to activate the sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight) to let go of pressure, emotion, stress, and trauma in the body; and parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest) to repattern and regulate, creating a new sense of safety in the body.
This is currently a donation based event. Zelle, Venmo, and cash accepted.
Suggested donation $25-45
