February with Lauren Ozanich
This guided experience creates space to reflect without judgment, release what no longer serves you, and intentionally design the months ahead with clarity and calm. Through meditation, movement, journaling, and visioning, participants leave grounded, aligned, and connected to a clear path forward.
From Lauren:
I’m passionate about creating real connection—on and off the mat. My personal yoga journey and CYT‑200 training helped me discover how much I love supporting others in tuning into their bodies and minds. When I’m not teaching, I manage a Supply Chain team at The J.M. Smucker Co. My wife, Allie, owns a gym in North Canton, and together we enjoy staying active, traveling, spending time with our dog Bauer, and reading (and buying more books than I can possibly read).
Men Thrive on Purpose, Challenge and Support, all with a Spirit
of Brotherhood. We are not inherently flawed or toxic; we are
Potential.
Four Rooms creates the space for real dialog, investigation and
insight. No dogma, just honest exploration of the fire within that
forges and inspires us as men.

Join us for a healing evening of call and response chanting with beloved yogi-musician-author, Girish! Pre-sale tickets $30/$40 after May 7th
Girish, an accomplished musician of many genres, former monk immersed in spiritual practice, loving wordsmith linking lyrics and rhythm in a blissful musical event, sings traditional Sanskrit mantras with a modern, funky, yet deeply devotional twist. Accompanied by his amazing band, Girish invites his audience to participate by singing along, call and response chanting, and dancing. Girish has been recommended by “The Guardian,” “The Oprah Magazine,” “Yoga Journal,” “Spirituality and Health Magazine,” and more. Girish's original music catalog of seven albums is popular in yoga studios and music festivals all over the world, and his book, “Music and Mantras” (Atria/Enliven/Simon and Schuster) continues his work to teach the art of meditation through music, to the world.
