We gather together on Beltane, a seasonal turning point that welcomes in life and “bright fire.” As we move through this threshold we honor our hearts and call forth steady flames of love to surround long held or new blossoming grief.
We invite you to bring a picture or memento of loved ones lost or loss of any kind. These special pieces of our hearts will be added to an earth altar.
Our time together will start with a grounding meditation accompanied by Tibetan sound bowls to settle the nervous system. We will journey into a heart opening practice~ working with awareness, breath, and vocal toning to create space in the heart for emotional release.
Self tapping and drumming will guide us deeper into Heart space, gently coaxing the heart open to meet, hold, and deeply witness any forms of grief that arise. Light yoga and somatic movement will be offered to support you on your journey of expression and inner expansion.
A sharing circle will invite kinship and community, a space to be seen, heard, and felt and a space beyond having the right words.
We will close with “bright fire”, a powerful fire ritual to face the flames of loss and all that you have endured, and acknowledge the way new-found strength and a breath of fresh air can stoke embers of new life
Come as you are and leave knowing your Heart is a temple of fire and you are stronger than you know.

February with Lauren Ozanich
This guided experience creates space to reflect without judgment, release what no longer serves you, and intentionally design the months ahead with clarity and calm. Through meditation, movement, journaling, and visioning, participants leave grounded, aligned, and connected to a clear path forward.
From Lauren:
I’m passionate about creating real connection—on and off the mat. My personal yoga journey and CYT‑200 training helped me discover how much I love supporting others in tuning into their bodies and minds. When I’m not teaching, I manage a Supply Chain team at The J.M. Smucker Co. My wife, Allie, owns a gym in North Canton, and together we enjoy staying active, traveling, spending time with our dog Bauer, and reading (and buying more books than I can possibly read).
