Her personal journey of self-healing has fueled her passion for empowering others along their paths to wellness. Her life’s journey with oncology patients and the death and dying process has deeply impacted her life, leading her to emphasize healing practices that are not so much about transcending the body, but staying deeply connected to its complexity and the beauty of life. She has come to recognize that everything is energy and how you spend your time matters. Keeping our energy clear and balanced through sound healing can be an essential tool to our well being, helping us live a healthier life and align us to Love, our highest vibration.

Join Narada (Craig) Wise, returning after a long-time hiatus, for an intimate evening of mantra music—with a twist. Alongside traditional chants and prayers, the night will weave original songs with mantra-inflected reinterpretations inspired by Pete Townshend, Peter Gabriel, and The Beatles—music that has long felt like a personal life soundtrack: shared in community, grounding into what matters, steadying the mind, and letting hope sneak in during seasons of change and loss. Supported by Neal Frey (bass) Daniel Kennedy (percussion), Daisy Fitzpatrick (vocals) and Mike Curtis (classical guitar), this gathering is equal parts heartfelt and welcoming—whether you sing along or simply listen. Friday, February 20 at 7:00 PM at Yoga Central. Bring a friend, bring your voice (or just your listening heart), and come share in an inquiry of sound and stillness. Suggested donation: $15
The Great Yoga Wall is our most versatile yoga prop. Using the movable straps, bars, harnesses and resistance bands makes it possible to do familiar yoga poses in many different ways and for different effects. Mike Curtis has been doing yoga for over 40 years and will be leading the course. The Great Yoga Wall is sold all over the world, but the inventor, Kedric Wolfe, is a Canton native. Kedric has taught and mentored Mike for decades.
Jan. 18, Feb. 21 and March 21, 1 to 4:00 pm, at Yoga Central.
The price is $360, or individual days for $125.
