Raechel is a certified 200 HR yoga instructor, Pelvic Floor Yoga Instructor, Trauma Informed Yoga Facilitator, trained advocate, and has her BA in Psychology. For over six years she has taught in person and online classes for individuals, studios, and nonprofit organizations. Before teaching yoga she spent 8 years as a therapeutic horseback riding instructor and has extensive education/experience in cyclical living. She teaches from an invitational, trauma informed lense bringing joy, agency, choice, and empowerment to individuals. When she is not teaching yoga she is at a writing group somewhere, drinking tea, or laughing and bowing introducing herself to the trees deep within the forest. You will often see her carrying around her pelvic floor model, full skeleton model, super giant water bottle, lunchbox of snacks, and looking for where she left her yoga mat! She loves meeting people where they are with compassion, anatomy terms, humor, grace, and a veggie pun.

February with Lauren Ozanich

This guided experience creates space to reflect without judgment, release what no longer serves you, and intentionally design the months ahead with clarity and calm. Through meditation, movement, journaling, and visioning, participants leave grounded, aligned, and connected to a clear path forward.

From Lauren:

I’m passionate about creating real connection—on and off the mat. My personal yoga journey and CYT‑200 training helped me discover how much I love supporting others in tuning into their bodies and minds. When I’m not teaching, I manage a Supply Chain team at The J.M. Smucker Co. My wife, Allie, owns a gym in North Canton, and together we enjoy staying active, traveling, spending time with our dog Bauer, and reading (and buying more books than I can possibly read).

Red Tent Women's Circle
Apr 5, 2026 - Apr 5, 2026

Red Tent is a monthly sanctuary for women — a gentle return to rhythm, rest, and remembrance. Gathering on the first Sunday of every month, we come together in a warm, sacred space to slow down, soften, and reconnect with ourselves and one another.

Each month carries its own intention and flavor, lovingly guided by one of our rotating facilitators: Renee' Waite, Raechel Winters, and Kristie Leahy Comsia. While the theme may change, the essence remains the same: a nurturing circle rooted in presence, honesty, and feminine wisdom. This is a place where stories are held tenderly, emotions are welcomed without fixing, and each woman is invited to arrive exactly as she is.

Red Tent is not about performance or productivity — it is about being. Being witnessed. Being supported. Being reminded of your innate cyclical nature and inner knowing. Through gentle practices, reflection, conversation, and rest, we honor the many seasons of womanhood and the quiet power of gathering together.

Come as you are. Leave a little more rooted, a little more open, and deeply held in community.

Special Themes with Rachel:

Each Red Tent with Raechel will focus on the current season we are heading toward in nature, paying attention to the rhythm of the moon and connecting to where we are in our monthly/life cycle. This includes women of all ages. We will honor what it looks like to tune into our inner seasons from our first bleed beyond our last bleed. We will meet in circle for time to connect through conversation, community resourcing, and journaling. The space will be held and guided through discussion topics, short information sharing, prompts and space for each woman to share.

March 1st- In honor of Spring our connection time will focus on the time in our cycle that is called our follicular phase (around days 6-14), the waxing moon (growing light), and reflection on our time in puberty (The Maiden).

June 7th- In honor of Summer upon us we will focus on the time in our cycle called ovulation (around days 14-17), the full moon, and our reproductive years (The Mother).

September 6th- In honor of the coming Autumn we will focus on our luteal phase (around days 18-28) part of our cycle, the waning moon, and perimenopause/menopause transition (The Wild Woman).

December 6th- In honor of the coming winter we will focus on menstruation (around days 1-5) part of our cycle, the new moon, and post-menopause (The Wise Woman).

Special Themes with Kristie:

April 5th (Easter Sunday)- Feminine Form Regulation where we grow curious of the status quo of nervous system regulation as much of the information provided to us in the last few decades has been by men. What do our female bodies and hearts really want and what does regulated really mean?

July 5th (Holiday Weekend)-

October 4th - Dharma: Our Work in the World - What makes you come alive? What were you called to do before you worked so hard to please everyone else? How can you show up for yourself in a way that brings you to life. When you know who you are, you will know how to turn that into the next right thing, yet you must be willing to let almost everything else go. If we are too eager to have everything, we will almost certainly miss even the one thing we need. - Stephen Cope

Special Themes with Renée (TBD):

May 3rd-

August 2nd-

November 1st-
