The first yogis created yoga asanas, or postures, by observing & imitating animals. This is why we practice cobra pose, downward dog, cat and cow, and so forth. Unleash your wild side and join Paisley for a primal movement practice co-facilitated by Brian Bowles, founder of Lost Step Kung Fu. Brian has been practicing martial arts for 35 years. His classes combine animal & primal movements into flows that use body weight to build strength, coordination, balance, and mobility. Paisley will lead a yoga-based warm up and cool down.
