A principle of yoga practice is the inward journey. One model for this journey is the five koshas. Studying these layers help us gain and understanding about how we are functioning, both in yoga practice and in daily living. In this workshop we will experience standing poses, backbends, inversions, twists and forward extensions. Along the way, Karen will also share ideas about how to work with common physical problems that we encounter in āsana practice.
