This workshop for women will provide a space to grow in knowledge of the anatomy and function of the pelvic floor. We will have a short discussion each week and proceed to breathwork and movement that support and nourish the pelvic floor. We have four meetings on Saturdays, January 3, 10, 17, and 24, from 1:30 to 2:45 at The Yoga Place. Bring a yoga mat, or we have mats available for you to borrow or purchase.
10% of the proceeds is donated to Ohio Forest Sanctuaries.
$10 per child, per class.
Children's Yoga With MoMoh (Morgan and Mohan). An all ages fun-filled yoga class that is movement filled, music-making, and altogether a silly, light-hearted yoga class. Parents welcome to attend, or not, however if your child is under five, they are required to be accompanied by a parent.
Here are some things you can expect during a Children's Yoga With MoMoh class:
• Kids' Movement Exploration •
Traditional yoga postures and imaginative movement to build a strong and flexible body, grow in confidence, and self-soothe.
• Breathing Exercises •
To balance their energy and tap into the relaxation response.
• Meditation Practice •
To explore rest for the brain and awareness of thoughts to initiate a lifelong practice in peace and power.
• Deep Relaxation •
That gives access to quiet centered space for their mind to rest, allowing calming and healing to begin.
And don't forget fun, fun and MORE FUN!
Children's Yoga With MoMoh is suitable for children within the age range of infant 3-13.
This will be a four-week adventure starting on the first Sunday in January from 2pm-3pm.
All yoga mats and props are provided, but please bring a water. Kiddos should dress comfortably in leggings, sweat pants, or even pajama pants. No jeans please!
This offering is for children only, but a parent can stay the first few times, if that is the preference. $10 per child per class.

Red Tent is a monthly sanctuary for women — a gentle return to rhythm, rest, and remembrance. Gathering on the first Sunday of every month, we come together in a warm, sacred space to slow down, soften, and reconnect with ourselves and one another.
Each month carries its own intention and flavor, lovingly guided by one of our rotating facilitators: Renee' Waite, Raechel Winters, and Kristie Leahy Comsia. While the theme may change, the essence remains the same: a nurturing circle rooted in presence, honesty, and feminine wisdom. This is a place where stories are held tenderly, emotions are welcomed without fixing, and each woman is invited to arrive exactly as she is.
Red Tent is not about performance or productivity — it is about being. Being witnessed. Being supported. Being reminded of your innate cyclical nature and inner knowing. Through gentle practices, reflection, conversation, and rest, we honor the many seasons of womanhood and the quiet power of gathering together.
Come as you are. Leave a little more rooted, a little more open, and deeply held in community.
