If Power Vinyasa class is where you like to unroll your mat, this workshop will help you understand the fundamentals. We will break down Sun Salutations, shape by shape, and review relevant anatomy to make sure you are not creating pathologies by repetitively compressing your spine in your cobras/updogs. We will explore safe alignment for postures that live in the intermediate lane, such as Hand to Big Toe, Balancing Moons, Chair and Triangle twists, wheels and bows and more! No Vinyasa experience required, as this is a great way to prepare for your first power class!

In this 2 hour foundational workshop, we will explore the postures in such a way that you will heighten your understanding of not only each shape discussed, but also your body awareness while practicing them.
