Course 1 | Evening Meditation | 6 weeks $150 (levels 1 and 2)

Over the period of 6 weeks you will be guided gradually through the basic levels of meditation practice
- With a basic mindfulness practice, you will master the state of ‘Inner stillness’
- You will become perceptive to the Prana, vital energy that nourishes every cell of the body giving us the feeling of peace and harmony
- You will evoke the felt sense of inner light in your heart.
- Applying a concentration technique with the breath and sound, you will observe your ‘Inner space’ and
- Recalling systematically past events you will integrate the learnings and grow your wisdom.

Join our Beyond Beginners Meditation course which is ideally the next step after our Beginners Meditation Course. Most welcome to join for those as well who have no prior experience in meditation.
The meditation journey takes us within ourselves, revealing our inherent potential. Meditation connects us with our innate inner peace and harmony, transforming the lives of ourselves and those around us.
Over the period of 8 weeks we will be progressing gradually through the levels 2-3 of our self-inquiry meditation, developing our concentration and visualisation:
- With a basic mindfulness practice, you will master the state of Inner stillness and evoke the felt sense of inner light in your heart.
- Applying a concentration technique with the breath and sound, you will observe your Inner space and recalling systematically past events you will integrate the learnings and grow your wisdom.
- Using visualisation for self-inquiry you will explore your patterns and awake the feeling of inner freedom peace and happiness.
In between the sessions you will practice the techniques that you have learned in the class and your teacher will be in constant communication with you, answering your questions, giving feedback and supporting your progress.

Join the 9 PM meditation course in and invite quiet and peace into your evenings and sleep, after your evening duties and routines are completed, so that you can delve into the meditation unbothered and then move from the meditation peacefully to bed for a good night's sleep. You will wake up in the morning deeply refreshed and eager to start your day.

In total we are offering four series of 6 weeks for you to progress gradually through the various techniques of levels 1-6 Yoga in Daily Life, starting with Series 1 (14 April-24 May). Your teachers are in constant communication with you, answering your questions, and inspiring and supporting your progress.
Series 2: 26 May to 5 July
You have already mastered beginners’ meditation steps, and by
deepening your meditation practice you will...
-master the power of visualisation and improve creative
visualisation capacity
-learn how to use visualisation for self-inquiry
-explore and understand your inner patterns, awakening the feeling
of inner freedom, peace, and happiness.
-master the practice of Trataka, first concentrating on the light
of a candle and then invoking the inner light in your agya
chakra
This will be followed by two following 6-week series:
