Breathing is essential to our lives, but we rarely pay attention to it. Imagine how much we would benefit from knowing how to use our breath as a tool to improve our health and well-being.
In this workshop, you will learn how to breathe optimally and functionally with breath awareness and minor breath adjustments. We can call it the art of breathing well.
 
Optimal breathing helps to:
  • Relieve stress and anxiety
  • Increase the relaxation response
  • Improve digestion and blood circulation
  • Increase focus and concentration
  • Improve sleep
If we apply the same breathing principles to the yoga and pranayama practice, we can bring it to a whole new level.
 
This workshop is suitable for all levels, from beginner to advanced. Lunch is included.
