As the resonant hum of crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes washes over you, we’ll honor nature’s rhythms—releasing the old and welcoming the new. During this immersive experience, you’ll also be invited to savor a handcrafted, seasonal beverage; imagine something light and floral in spring or rich and warming in autumn, fragrant enough to wrap your hands around and sip mindfully. Together we’ll find balance and renewal in each transition, indulging all the senses along the way.

YOU CAN EXPECT TO:

  • Lie down (or sit) comfortably on a yoga mat or a blanket, surrounded by soothing sounds that wash over you like gentle waves

  • Hear a variety of instruments, such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and gongs producing rich, resonant tones that create a layered sound landscape

  • Experience the healing power of sound to release tension and stress

  • Let go of stress and anxiety, leading to a state of relaxation that can feel both rejuvenating and restorative
