Spring invites us to begin again—not by rushing forward, but by listening more closely. This sound bath is an offering of gentle renewal, where subtle vibrations support the body in releasing winter’s stillness and welcoming fresh movement. As tones ebb and flow, you’re invited to soften your edges, settle into the present moment, and attune to the quiet rhythms already unfolding within you. There is nothing to force and nowhere to arrive—only space to rest, receive, and allow something new to take root.
YOU CAN EXPECT TO:
-
Lie down (or sit) comfortably on a yoga mat or a blanket, surrounded by soothing sounds that wash over you like gentle waves
-
Hear a variety of instruments, such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and gongs producing rich, resonant tones that create a layered sound landscape
-
Experience the healing power of sound to release tension and stress
-
Let go of stress and anxiety, leading to a state of relaxation that can feel both rejuvenating and restorative
-
Leave feeling a renewed sense of clarity, balance, and connection to yourself and the world around you
-
Slow down, tune in, and embrace the healing power of sound in a supportive and nurturing environment.

This monthly sound bath offers a calming, restorative space designed to help your body unwind and your mind settle. The experience you’ll move through isn’t random or purely aesthetic — each instrument is used with intention. The tones, pacing, and sequence are chosen to help guide the brain into restorative states, making it easier for the body to soften, reset, and drop into deep rest.
