Soul Mamas was created to offer holistic healing for people experiencing grief. After our own deep loss, we know that many people even our closest friends and family members may find it hard to understand and witness our grief.

With over twenty- five years in the health and wellness business, Karen Russell (certified grief educator & yoga teacher) and Carolina Pelayo (certified grief therapist & yoga teacher), offer their holistic healing modalities to bring more peace to the grieving process.
