Immerse yourself in a soothing sensory experience that blends color, sound, and mindfulness. This special evening invites you to slow down and reconnect through creative presence. We’ll begin with mindful coloring, a simple yet powerful practice proven to reduce stress, ease anxiety, and quiet the mind.
From there, we’ll move into a gentle breath and body practice, followed by a serene sound bath with crystal singing bowls, an ocean drum, and chimes. Together, these elements create a harmonious journey for the senses — helping you feel grounded, inspired, and at peace.
No artistic experience needed. All coloring supplies provided.
