Our special once a month Sound Baths will feature special artists. Savanah Baird will be featured this month. They are senior teachers at the Yoga NoHo Center with years of experience not only in sound baths, but as yoga teachers, healers, muscians and has blessed this community with their devotion to heal people through sound and traditional yoga offerings.

We encourage those who attend to be comfortable with blankets and pillows, and create a cozy environment to relax and let go. Come join us as we take you through a truly immersive journey.

Cacao & Sound Chakra Activation Ceremony

Join Heathor for a healing evening of Cacao, community, drumming, chanting, & good vibes! As the spirit of Cacao opens our hearts & spirits, we will attune & activate our chakras to the energy of the earth & universe via a combination of guided visualization, & bija seed sounds with drums & bowls; culminating in a deep soundbath targeting each chakra for further tuning & healing.

Cacao is NOT an Entheogen or Hallucinogen - it is an EMPATHOGEN that gently opens the heart and encourages greater connection with your truest self & the Earth.

It is your choice that allows you to connect to the full experience.

Those taking antidepressants or other serious medication should ingest less, or may experience an intense headache later.

• Please bring your favorite 6-8oz. mug
• Do not eat for 2 hours prior to ceremony
• Dress for comfort
• Yoga mat suggested, but not required
• Feel free to bring whatever you need for your “nest”:
• Blankets, pillows, comfort stuffed animals, crystals, talismans, journals, oracle decks, etc…
• Make sure to bring plenty of water (or a bottle to fill) for during & after the ceremony.
• Flower donations for the altar gladly & gratefully accepted!

Please make sure to arrive early to prepare your space, decorate the altar & in respect for all in ceremony - Doors will close & lock 5 minutes after start time. Out of the respect for the guests who are on time we will not allow late arrivals.

Sound Bath “Embrace Love” with Elisa Barretta

This sound bath centers on the transformative power of love over fear. Participants will be enveloped in warm, soothing sounds, such as heart-centered crystal bowls, soft chimes, and gentle gong vibrations. Each section of the session will focus on releasing fear and inviting love, with guided intentions and affirmations woven throughout. The experience aims to foster a deep sense of safety and connection, allowing participants to explore self-love, compassion, and healing. Visuals of heart imagery and calming colors can enhance the atmosphere, creating a nurturing space for emotional release and empowerment.
