Join us on the first Sunday of every month for a incredible Relaxation Sound Bath with sacred gong, 432 hz quartz crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, and other healing instruments used to put the mind into deep meditation, rejuvenate, and relax.

We’re raising our vibes to allow the amazing powers of manifestation to flow through us. The instruments used help to:

• induce deep relaxation
• lower blood pressure
• unblock emotions
• relieve physical pain
• rejuvenate
• relieve stress, anxiety and insomnia
• and activate higher states of consciousness

Bring your yoga mat, blanket, pillows, crystals, water, and anything else to create a comfortable laying down experience.

Our special once a month Sound Baths will feature special artists. Tawni Sands will be featured this month.

Tawni Sands has a M.A. in spirtual psychology and has been healing people through holistic counseling for the past 7 years. Her sound baths includes deep meditation, along with traditional sound healing instruments and her years of giving space for you to go deep into this experience.

We encourage those who attend to be comfortable with blankets and pillows, and create a cozy environment to relax and let go. Come join us as we take you through a truly immersive journey. Join Heathor on Mother’s Day night for an evening of Cacao, community; Kirtan as we chant
Goddess mantras, celebrating the Divine Feminine.

Price $45

As Cacao opens our hearts, we will lift our voices; spirits together with drumming; chants
honoring Mother Earth, Gayarti, Kali & more; followed by the cosmic vibrations of the gong and
singing bowls.

Cacao is NOT an Entheogen or Hallucinogen - it is an EMPATHOGEN that gently opens the
heart and encourages greater connection with your truest self; the Earth.
It is your choice that allows you to connect to the full experience.
Those taking antidepressants or other serious medication should ingest less, or may experience
an intense headache later.

No Musical or Drumming experience required - exploration encouraged.
Please bring your favorite 6-8oz. mug
Do not eat for 2 hours prior to ceremony

Dress for comfort Yoga mat suggested, but not required. Feel free to bring whatever you need for your “nest”: Blankets, pillows, comfort stuffed animals, crystals, talismans, journals, oracle decks, etc…

If you have a personal set of art tools (crayons, pens, pencils, etc) you would like to work with, feel free to bring them along - art/journaling supplies will be provided.

Make sure to bring plenty of water (or a bottle to fill) for during & after the ceremony. Flower donations for the altar gladly gratefully accepted! Please make sure to arrive early to prepare your space, decorate the altar.

This is a prerequisite to Kriya & Sant Mat Meditation offer through Divine Self Fellowship Organization. Join James as he guides you into a deep understanding of the profound benefits of meditation.

James follows the path of a practicing Sat Guru with over 25 years of experience. In the late 1990’s at the age of 19 years old he began studying with a meditation group in the Midwest.

In this group he was groomed and trained as an initiate in the Kriya Sant Mat/Radhasoami American lineages.This type of work is performed on the inside with over 100 meditation exercises and techniques. It enables an individual to bypass and overcome issues in increments or all at once depending on the karmic nature at hand, willpower and discipline of the individual.

The outcome is to touch each level within ones upper Kingdom (the Divine) and let it fully express itself thru the lower Kingdom (the physical form).

He attended Northeastern State University and holds bachelor’s degree in accounting. Currently he works in the field of taxation specializing in non-profits and entertainment related industries.
