Tammy is passionate about Mindfulness due to having experienced the benefits and seen them from both a clinical perspective in her clinical role and during facilitation processes for Yoga Teachers Trainees.
You do not necessarily want to use this course to teach , many have done this course , multiple times as an opporutnity to deepen their practice, understand their mind and every time we have an opportunity to sit and be we have a chance to get clear, heal, and understand things better. For those who do wish to gain Full Certification - this course is fully accredited along with our Level 2 Mindfulness Teacher Training which make up the required minimum hours for Meditation Teaching.
The feedback from having offered a Zoom Live Online Traning (during Covid recently) has been extremely positive with some additional benefits: You get to practice at home which for most allowed for more introspection and setting up a regular routine at home. No travel required, the connection of the group is still available. You also have the option to attend IN PERSON on the Sunshine Coast - numbers are limited to comply with social distancing.
The ultimate class to practice under the Full Moon - Long Slow Deep & Release feature class will nourish the hips, heart, spine & mind. There is a little appetiser of some core strengthening & spinal lengthening . We will use the long slow deep stretches to move into a state of Mindfulness Meditation with options to release certain target areas for those who wish using Roll & Release massage balls (optional) Threaded with tastes of Yoga Nidra to calm the nervous system. Or simply come soak up the full lit moon rising over Moffat Beach & lay in Savasana or Meditation listening to the waves for the entire class. How much or how little you do is your choice.

Join Tammy Willliams (Founder of Yoga NRG) in this 4-day Training Program where you will extend on your learnings from your completed Level 1 Mindfulness Coaching course to explore, practice and teach (for those who want to teach) the full Mindfulness Based Coaching Program using Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Techniques.
Level 2 Mindfulness Coaching course allows you to broaden your scope of practicing and teaching different types of Mindfulness practice, and provides you with the skills for you to teach sessions four to eight of the fulll MIndfulness Based Coaching Program.

Non teachers may enrol in this course for personal development, however will need to combine this with a full level 1 Teacher Training to be qualified to teach Long Slow Deep.
Learn to teach a full LSD sequence with restorative options to make this series adaptable to a wide scope of students, understand the benefits of this sequence in its' relationship to Pratyahara, cueing and the cycle of Samskara to include in dialogue.
For those wanting to do Refresher who are already out teaching LSD are welcome also. As part of the refresher you also receive an LSD Master Class with Tammy Williams, the latest edition of Resourses / handouts etc.

It involves 230 hours spread out over face to face intensives as well as remote options/ home study and online learning (various locations).
Our course director Tammy Williams is a Level 3 Senior Registered Yoga Teacher, Clinical Nurse, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapist and she has trained teachers from all over the world ranging from 20-78 years old, some are athletes, corporate, health and fitness professionals, some have had health issues like Parkinson’s, PTSD, depression, anxiety, workaholism (and other addictions) others are school teachers or mums/ dads' wanting to take a change in career or time out to focus on health and fitness, study themselves so they can be a better parent/ partner or simply find ways to be happier and healthier.
Many who do the teacher training are curious about WHY YOGA WORKS and although may not necessarily do the training to want to teach, many do! We commit to supporting you to have the confidence to share and teach Yoga in a Mindful way with your own individual focus and passions in mind.
Together with a team of dedicated teachers and health professionals such as Physiotherapists, Naturopaths, Doctors, and multiskilled Yogis (both face to face and we also have filmed previous trainings live so you have extra support to refer back to , to help with taking time to process and hear the information repeatedly and at your own pace should you need)
You will be supported in a welcoming environment - and NO YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE ABLE TO DO ALL OF THE FANCY POSES in order to do this training.
You are able to apply for 200-hour, 300 hour or 500 hours: will learn a number of different styles of Yoga and be able to adapt various categories of poses so you can teach to a diverse range of students with your own unique style and flare. You will also spend one on one time with Tammy Williams the Course Director who specialises in personal development and growth from a Mindfulness Based framework that she has travelled all over the world to learn extensively over the last 26 years of her career in the health and wellness industry (and still does) so you are getting dedicated and ongoing support.
