If you’ve been searching for some deep quality rest and it seems to be getting further and further way or its never the right time than this restorative class is exactly what you need.
90 minutes of precious time dedicated to the art of rest just for the sake of resting, with a relaxed and casual vibe and we use yoga props throughout the practice to help us nestle into poses feeling supported. If you’ve ever started a yoga class in Savasana and fantasised about wanting to stay resting for the whole class then carve out some time on the mat for this feature!.....the feel of a morning sleep in or afternoon snooze you’ve been dreaming of, with around 6 poses in the 90 minutes including modifications, the scent of essential oils and zen music.
