Mama Circle – a held space for mothers
As a first-time mum, I found myself missing spaces where women come together in circle — places to slow down, speak honestly, and feel held in the reality of motherhood. This Mama Circle was created from that longing, as a space for all mums, at any stage of their journey.
If your baby is one year old or under, you are very welcome to bring them along.
This is a gentle, supportive gathering where women come together in circle to be seen, heard, and supported. A place to speak openly about all aspects of motherhood — the joy, the challenges, the tenderness, and the overwhelm — within a nurturing container created especially for mums.
We’ll begin with a grounding meditation to help you land and arrive fully. From there, we’ll move into a guided sharing circle, where you’re invited to share as much or as little as feels right for you. We’ll close with tea and gentle connection, allowing time to simply be together.
There is no fixing and no advice-giving— just presence, listening, and community.
When: First Tuesday of every month

This training is tailored for Yoga teachers who aim to enhance their abilities in leading motivating, and creatively structured vinyasa flow classes.
This training immersion will be an interactive learning experience; through personal practice, exercises, practice teaching, talks and discussions we will explore the sequencing and transitions of vinyasa flow yoga, and learn how to plan and deliver a great vinyasa class for different student levels
