Join Matthew for a guided journey into the science and practice of breathing for nervous system regulation.
The session opens with a short introduction to how breathing directly influences your physiology, and how specific techniques can be used to promote better health and wellbeing. From there, we move into a sustained practice of breathing methods designed to shift the nervous system into a state of deep rest.
You’ll leave feeling calmer, clearer, and with practical tools you can use any time you need to switch off.

You’ll be guided through a soulful practice of Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and a vibrational Soundbath, led by Susan, Eimear, and Ciara. This gentle and immersive journey will support you in slowing down, connecting inward, and aligning with the energy of the new season.
We’ll also share a solstice ritual to mark this powerful turning point of the year and to welcome the warmth and possibility of summer.
To close the evening, stay and enjoy a light supper with soft drinks and nourishing nibbles — a chance to connect with community and ground the experience.
