The Pilates Powerhouse Lab with Rachael Jervis is a 90 minute pilates foundations workshop for beginners or experienced movers ready to refine and reconnect.
We’ll breakdown 3 main essentials of practise:
- The Pilates breath— how (and why) we use lateral breathing to create stability and control
- True core engagement— understand what muscles make up the core and how to engage correctly-this is your powerhouse!
- Alignment— learning correct alignment to protect our joints and turn on the right muscles making exercises more efficient
It’s a deep dive into technique to make every future class stronger, smarter, and more effective.
Expect to feel muscles you didn’t know you had!

Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation and translates to 'yogic sleep'.
It is a practice for everyone and is usually practiced lying down in any comfortable position with props and blankets.
Yoga Nidra draws our awarness inwards, to explore that liminial space between wakefulness and sleep.
Taking this time out of your day to simply rest into a deeper state of blissful awareness.

Step into Spring and give yourself space to pause, breathe and set intentions for this new chapter.
Join Eimear and Vicky for In Bloom, a carefully curated workshop designed to awaken your body and calm your mind, as we move into a new season of growth.
We’ll begin with an energising breathwork practice, helping to clear stagnant energy and gently awaken the nervous system. This will leave you feeling refreshed, grounded, and more present in your body.
From here, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra meditation, letting the body reset while the mind drifts into a state of conscious relaxation.
To close, you’ll be invited to fully surrender into stillness, bathed in the soothing vibrations of Tibetan Sound Bowls, helping to quiet the mind and release any remaining tension in the body.
