Journey To the Self- Exploring the Five Koshas with Diana

The ancient yoga teachings of the koshas, or five layers of
being offer a rich framework for self exploration and an approach
to wellbeing. Working with the koshas may allow you to go deeply
into the centre of your self or soul.
In this workshop with Diana you will receive an introduction
to the koshas and then explore each layer through:
- a slow mindful yoga flow practice to honour your body
(suitable for beginners).
- breath work to remove stagnant energy.
- a guided visualisation meditation based around accessing
your inner intuition.
- the use of therapeutic sound to help you settle into the
space you have created and integrate your exploration of the five
koshas.
You will have the opportunity to journal if you wish at the
start and end of the workshop and will receive a handout you can
take home with you.
There will be some yummy nourishing homemade treats for you to
enjoy at the end.
