Eimear and Vicky invite you to a special workshop inspired by their recent travels in India.

The afternoon will begin with a gentle breathwork practice led by Vicky, accompanied by Eimear on sound bowls.

From there, you’ll be guided into a deeply nourishing Yoga Nidra practice with Eimear, held and supported by sound from Vicky.
