Return to Center: Breath, Vibration & Deep Rest

Join us on March 21st for a 90-minute immersive workshop designed to gently guide you back to your center.

We’ll begin with intentional breathwork to regulate the nervous system and soften the edges of the week. From there, we’ll move through a slow, slightly active seated flow that is grounding, accessible, and designed to open the hips, spine, and heart without intensity.

The experience will transition into a deeply restorative sound bath layered with a guided Yoga Nidra meditation. As the sound vibrations wash over you, you’ll be guided into conscious rest, a space between wakefulness and sleep where the body heals and the mind integrates.

This workshop is for you if:
• You feel overstimulated or mentally tired
• You crave stillness but struggle to slow down
• You want to experience sound and Yoga Nidra in a supportive space
• You’re seeking nervous system reset and deep rest

No prior experience is necessary. All levels welcome.

Serenity Session : An Evening Of Restorative Yoga

We all do too much. This event invites us to do the opposite. To pause, soften, and invite space
for deep rest.
Join Sydney for a 90-minute restorative yoga class designed to help you unwind and reconnect
with your inner calm. Through a series of fully supported postures, held for 5-20 minutes each,
you'll be guided into a state of quiet rest and nervous system reset.
The key ingredients are support and stillness.
This is your permission slip to care for yourself in a meaningful way.
All props are provided, but you're welcome to bring anything from home (an eye pillow, cozy
socks, a favorite blanket) if it will help you feel more supported or comfortable.
Who It's For: Anyone feeling overextended, exhausted, stressed, tired, or in need of nervous
system care.
No yoga experience needed, just a willingness and a desire to collectively rest.
