Including arm balances in your yoga practice strengthens your core and shoulders, improves your flexibility, mental focus, balance, and body awareness while encouraging a playfulness to your practice. In this 2-hour workshop, we will open with a warm-up vinyasa flow, spend most of our time exploring individual and sequenced arm balances, then end with a 15min cool-down. We will breakdown a wide range of arm balances: firefly, hurdler’s pose, dragonfly, 8-angle pose, and many more. This workshop will introduce tips, tricks, modifications, and intermediate versions. While designed for intermediate and advanced practitioners, this workshop is for any yogi looking to find new heights. Find new balance and come fly with me!
Abagail Breidenstein is a 200 hour certified yoga instructor at Yoga Body Shop.

In this 90 min workshop you will learn what the 7 chakras are, where they are and how to help them flow free. There will be insight on why your chakras are not flowing freely and what you can do about it. To reward yourself you will take a live crystal bowl sound bath to help unlock your blocked chakras and leave with a fresh start.
Come in non-restricting, comfy clothes with a water bottle, and an open mind ready to learn.
This workshop will be hosted by Liz Pfister, a holistic practitioner who owns the River Maven on Chapel Street in Windsor. She is a holistic nutritionist and wellness coach.
