This class will be based upon a sequence that B.K.S. Iyengar taught to promote mental well-being during times of stress.

Joyful exploration of the front body will expand potential for the practice of basic backbends and Urdhva Dhanurasana.
14 @ 2:30 – 4:30 pm CST – DECELERATION TOWARDS STILLNESS -
We will explore the neutralizing effects of twists, the quietness of forward bending, and the tranquility of inversions to address the anxiety of our times.
15 @ 10 am – Noon CST – FAMILIAR POSES, NEW HEIGHTS -
The floor, a chair, and other props will shine light on familiar poses to provide new experiences.
