Krishna Dholakia is a registered dietitian, certified diabetes care and education specialist educator, mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) teacher, and 500 hour certified yoga teacher and prenatal yoga teacher. Krishna has been working in the health and wellness field for over 20 years and has been teaching yoga and mediation for 14 years. Her private practice, Om and Spice Wellness, specializes in integrative health and wellness, weaving in both holistic and clinical work, nutrition, yoga therapy, mindfulness, art therapy, and corporate wellness. Krishna's personal yoga and meditation practice has helped her build her own resiliency to the stressors in life. She attends vipassana (silent retreat) yearly and finds joy in teaching others how to improve their quality of life through these practices.
