Pilates exercises involve the whole body and supports you to strengthen the core, improve balance, increase coordination and decrease stress. It also helps improve joint mobility, postural symmetry and overall flexibility.

Mom & Baby Yoga

Take a little time out with your new baby in this 6 week yoga series. The class will focus on getting back into your body, while staying present with your wee one. Mom & Baby yoga is an excellent opportunity to bond with your baby and other mothers, while regaining strength and flexibility. We recommend having your doctors approval or waiting at least 6 weeks post-labour to begin a new practice. This class is designed for mothers with babies who are 1 - 10 months old (or not overly mobile).
