Shelley Jones, mama of two and RYT-500,credits yoga with helping to make her transitions from pregnancy through birth and into motherhood easeful, though not easy. Now she shares the gift of yoga with her sons, while realizing the power of her own personal practice in supporting her as a mother. In addition to her adult classes, including prenatal and postnatal classes and workshops, Shelley loves to teach kids’ yoga.

Join Haley for a weekend of self-healing! Learn the ancient Japanese healing practice of Reiki and how we can use this pleasant form of energy healing to direct a healthy flow of energy in the body. Reiki is a form of light touch that helps facilitate the body’s natural healing process and restores physical/emotional well being.

 

You will learn about the energy of the chakras and how they can play a role in energy healing. Learn how we can use Reiki as a tool to delve deeper into our self-exploration and perhaps see things from a different perspective.
