You will learn to lift from your center - cultivating the deep core strength, stability, and inner power essential for advanced arm balances. With expert guidance, you will develop foundational core engagement, refine bandha work to support your practice, and progress through crow pose variations into advanced arm balance transitions with confidence and control.
Level: Intermediate to Advanced
This workshop is apporpriate for students with an established yoga practice. Familiarity with chaturanga and basic arm balances helpful but not required.
