4 Week Beginner Series
In this 4 week, 8 class series, you will learn the fundamentals of Power Flow yoga including a breakdown of the postures and alignment, breath work, and how to practice in a regular flow class.
You will gain:
-a sense of calm
-an improved focus and mindfulness
Take classes with other beginners, learn the basics, and get a solid foundation so you will feel confident attending any of our ongoing classes.
