In the past 13+ years, we’ve had hundreds of participants in our program – some have lost 10 pounds, others have moved across the country to follow their dreams, some have laughed, some have cried, and all have grown through the support of an incredible community of people who also want to live a fuller life.

Join us this January for 40 days of healthy-eating, stress relieving, sweaty, inspiring YOU time! This program is all about what YS does best... creating and supporting our amazing community. Whether you are a veteran of YS, a repeat 40 dayer, or brand new to the studio, this program will help you discover a more energized and lighter you.

The Program Includes:
-Unlimited yoga classes for 40 Days
-40 Days To A Personal Revolution book
-Fruit Feast book
-YS Custom Designed manual/journal
-Sunday weekly group practices @ 4pm
-Sunday weekly team meetings from 5:30-6:30pm (Saturday noon on Super Bowl Sunday)

Your Commitment:
-Practice Power Flow Yoga 4-5 days/week (at YS, home or on the road)
-Meditate daily
-3 day fruit and veggie cleanse
-Record daily food log and weekly journaling
