Our brand new Beginner Series package includes everything you need to start your yoga practice off right.

 

-A 6 class workshop series on Tuesdays/Thursdays from 7:30-8:30pm. Learn the fundamentals of Power Flow yoga including a breakdown of the postures and alignment, breath work, and how to practice in a regular flow class.

 

-A 2 week unlimited yoga pass to be used during the 3 week series.
