Hyper-mobility of the joints can lead to instability, chronic hyper-extension and wear and tear on the tissues. Discover how to center the joints through proprioception (spatial self-awareness) exercises in supported Yoga poses and how to practice safely while maintaining balance in the joints. You may have instability in only one knee or elbow, or in both arms or shoulders but not in the legs, or in the lower back and pelvis. We will address the major joints of the limbs as well as the pelvis and lower back and help you find your balance. For teachers as well.
