Yoga Teacher Training at YogaVega is an intense and wonderful experience designed to give you the confidence to launch your teaching career. This training covers five main areas of study:
Anatomy: bones, muscles, organs, body systems, tissues, cadaver lab
Ayurveda: yogic lifestyle, daily rituals, balancing your body through the use of food, sleep, and cycles of life
Philosophy: Yoga Sutras, types of yoga
Practice: sanskrit, class sequencing, pose mechanics, yin, restorative, vinyasa, hatha, kundalini, gentle, aerial
Subtle Body: chakras, vayus, koshas, other subtle body energies
Training Dates: Every other weekend, Friday nights 6-9pm, Saturday 9am-6pm

September 12-13, 26-27
October 10-11 (Aerial Yoga Training), 24-25
November 7-8, 21-22
December 5-6, 19-20
January 3, 9, 23-24 (Graduation)
***Schedule subject to change*** Missed dates dealt with on a case by case basis. Makeup hours available.
Additional Requirements: 2 observation hours, 3 teaching hours, attend 40 yoga classes for 200's, 50 for 300's
Cost: $1950 Early bird pricing $1750 before July 1, 2025
YogaVega Yoga Membership is included for the duration of the training.

Welcome to the wonder and fun of lyra. This engenius hoop comes in different sizes and rig points to make sure you get just the look you want out of your routines. This class is appropriate for anyone just starting out or wanting to improve on their basic lyra skills.

Welcome to hammock 2. This class is recommended for those with at least one year of hammock one.
