Come learn the joy of Pilates Reformer in this 40 hour teacher training. This amazing apparatus was created to reform and restore bodies to healthy function and greater strength. You will learn how to better perform, and teach the exercises through class formatting, progressions, anatomy and props. This training is based on both classical and modern techniques. Please note, we use the Merrithew SPX Max reformers.
