A great opportunity for students to create their own vision board led by Karolina!
Students will be led in a grounding experience for 15-20 minutes & then discuss the purpose and process of a vision board. All materials will be provided including a canvas for your board. You will have free time to work on your art and commune. Light snacks and bevvies will be provided. You are welcome to bring personal items - pictures, journals etc.
You will learn:
-A reflective, creative workshop to set intentions and welcome the energy of spring.
-An intuitive vision-boarding experience for clarity, renewal, and gentle growth.
-A space to reflect, create, and plant seeds for the season ahead.

This spring and summer, Jenny Lintvedt and Mimi Ray will guide a cohort of yoga teachers through a 30 hour continuing education series. This meeting on 3/8 will offer an overview of the program for those interested in attending.

This 90 minute experience combines intentional slow burn style poses to activate specific areas of the body followed by longer poses supported by props and hands-on assist.
90-minute workshop will guide students through a 75-minute restorative yoga practice with deep, individualized hands-on assists in each pose. The remaining 15 minutes will be reserved for students to enjoy herbal tea, reflect, and socialize. Class size is intentionally small to allow for personalized support, ensuring each student receives compassionate guidance in every pose.
