Attention Athletes ages 10-14! This 5-week course is for you. It is meant to be fun but also to gain experience with lifting movements to help reduce potential risk of injury for sports, gain an extra advantage of the field/court by improving coordination, and to overall improve speed, explosiveness, strength, and quickness of your athlete.
Includes Pre and Post testing for vertical jump, long jump power, change of direction speed, and sprint speed.
Saturdays 11:30am - 12:30pm AND Wednesday 6:30pm - 7:30pm. 10 total sessions! February 11 - March 11
Join us in the month of love for our Couples Clinic (need not be a real couple) hosted by our amazing trainer Heidi! Not only will this push your abilities but there is the added challenge of working with a partner!
