Level 4- Advanced Stroke Development
1. 25 yards freestyle stroke
2. 25 yards backstroke
3. 25 yards breaststroke
4. 25 yards elementary back stroke (not required)
5. Standing Dives
6. 10 -15 yards Dolphin Kicks without kickboard
7. Tread water 1 minute
8. 5 - 8 feet ring diving
Level 5- Stroke Refinement
1. 50 yards freestyle stroke
2. 50 yards backstroke
3. 50 yards breaststroke
4. 50 yards elementary backstroke
5. 25 yards dolphin kick
6. 25 yards butterfly
7. Shallow Dives
8. 8 -12 feet diving for rings
9. Tread water for 2 minutes
10. Float on back for 1 minute in deep water
