Aerial Chains Double Loop Choreography

Ready to try a truly sensational aerial apparatus?
In this aerial chains workshop our chains are rigged as two separate loops connecting to a single point, creating “double loops” and opening up many choreographic possibilites. Students will work on double loop shapes and transitions to connect skills smoothly. We work through multiple short sequences, then put them all together for our final aerial chains dance. All choreography includes modifications and more advanced variations to expand and accomodate each individual student. We focus on the unique properties of chains and how to adjust and modify shapes from softer apparatus onto chains.
Students should have some aerial experience and be able to comfortably get into a back straddle from the ground in a loop/sling. Chains cause bruises, tiny pinches (chain bites), and can also poke/rip clothing. Please wear layers and avoid any easily bent metal bits on clothing.

Beginner Cyr Wheel covers the basics of, balance, manipulation, and planes of movement within the wheel. Everything you need to get spinning!

Hooping Hotties w/ The Lovely Lala

The Lovely Lala is back with some more hula hooping hotties! This time, let's think pride and rainbows! Whip out the knee pads everyone, we're gonna get “knee deep” in to this choregraphy! ;) This workshop is for 18 years old and up due to some saucy lyrics!
