3-Week Block | Babies Welcome from 8 Weeks to Pre-Crawling

Join our nurturing and supportive Pilatebaby course – a postnatal Pilates block of classes designed especially for new mums to rebuild strength, restore confidence, and connect with their babies and other local mums.

Led by expert Pelvic Health Physiotherapist and Mummy MOT practitioner Beth Alexander, this class focuses on gentle, targeted movement to support your postnatal recovery. You’ll learn and practise specific exercises to:

  • Reconnect with and strengthen your core and pelvic floor

  • Improve spinal mobility and relieve tension

  • Rebuild posture and body awareness

  • Move safely and mindfully during early motherhood

Babies are welcome from 8 weeks old until they’re on the move. Classes include time for bonding with your baby, and we finish with a relaxed social space so you can enjoy a chat with other mums.

Spaces are limited to keep the group small and supportive – early booking is recommended!
