Experience deep release and restoration in this unique workshop blending gentle somatic movement, halotherapy, dry needling, and Reiki. We’ll begin with mindful movement and 20 minutes of dry salt therapy to open the breath and calm the nervous system. Then settle into stillness as you receive targeted dry needling to release tension and support healing, with the option to receive Reiki energy work for added balance and relaxation. This is a deeply grounding and therapeutic experience designed to reset your body and mind.
