Through psychoeducation, anatomy, gentle movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation techniques, you’ll explore how to release stored tension, process emotions, and build resilience in a way that feels safe and empowering.

Join us for a deeply restorative experience that blends gentle yoga, Reiki healing, and mindful reflection. Inspired by Peace Is Every Step by Thích Nht Hnh, this workshop will guide you through a slow, intentional yoga practice while passages from the book are read to encourage presence and self-awareness. Reiki will be offered throughout to promote relaxation and energetic balance. We’ll close with guided journaling and a reflective discussion to integrate the teachings into daily life.
