Each week, Ruth will break down yoga postures in a welcoming, judgment-free space. You’ll move slowly, ask questions, gain confidence, and learn how to build a sustainable practice that feels good in your body.

Our SHINE 200 hour YTT will be a powerful program that takes place over six months. The students / teachers will meet on a Friday evening & Saturday (all day) once a month from January to June and one Wednesday a month. Dates listed on website. Training starts January 9, 2026! Payment Plan
