I have been a member at Sweat for almost 7 years. I am so thankful for this community of health and fitness. The staff has a wide breadth of experience and expertise. The classes are fun and challenging. The classes are changed up to keep people engaged. This is a very positive place of health and healing. I recovered from having babies here. I cross trained trained for several events here (Spartan, Escape from Alkatraz, Sf Half marathon, Monterey Bay Half, and 5ks and
mud runs). I have trained for “life” here, keeping up w my boys in street hockey, sledding and hiking threw the snow without getting winded, and backpacking without injury.  I look forward to meeting physical  challenges in 2020 knowing I am part of a sweet community of people pursuing health through medicinal movement. Thank you Sweat!

Kangoo Jumps® 45 • $20.00

Kangoo Jumps rebound boots provide a unique twist on traditional aerobics classes you've seen 100 times.
 
KangooCARDIOpump...incorporates small hand weights to stimulate your muscles for toning mixed in with jabs, hooks, kicks and punches in a fun and energetic way that will leave you waiting in anticipation for your next KangooCARDIOpump workout.
 
You will never go back to traditional aerobics once you've experienced the Kangoo Jumps! This class puts the FUN in functional. Tone up, slim down, and play hard!
 
KangooDANCE is...so much fun you’ll forget you are working out! This class incorporates some of the new and old school dance moves into a high energy, high intensity, cardio workout.
 
*All levels welcome
 
Bring water, a towel, and dress comfortably in appropriate workout attire. Kangoo Jumps are rented in the studio or can be purchased (ask your instructor for details)

For the most comfortable experience, it is highly recommended to wear long socks (knee high) when using our Kangoo Jumps rebound boots.

Special instructions

ATTENTION: 

You are encouraged to provide your own mats and towels for catching your SWEAT.

SWEAT provides multi-use foam exercise mats for use.  We also provide cleaning solution and microfiber towels at the front desk, and you are required to clean the mat and any other equipment with the sanitizing and deoderizing cleaner prior to, and after use.  

SWEAT follows the CDPH Guidance for the Use of Face Coverings, requiring universal masking indoors (during exercise) statewide between December 15, 2021 and February 15, 2022, irrespective of vaccine status.
