Thanks for the advice on the bench press! Got 165 for 5 and 155 for 7 & then 6. And Reverse lunges with 90lbs!

got those 60lbs up for the shoulder press. trying 65s next time! and 225lbs squats were hard but finished thrm. ~maybe~ will go for 235 next time!
